10/28/10 -- This traditionally Republican district in Northeastern Wisconsin has only been held by a Democrat for three consecutive terms once -- during the great GOP/Progressive schism of the early '10s. Steve Kagen's polling numbers are pretty terrible right now, and the odds are against him getting a chance to go for the record in '12.
