10/30/10 -- Although this has been a good Republican year and the Republican is generally leading in the polls for this open seat, we look at the fact that three Democratic Presidential candidates in a row have carried this district and that its current occupant, Joe Sestak, will be atop the ticket, and can't help but conclude that this will be a tough race.
