Race Analysis
10/30/10 -- Chris Carney won this race in 2006 by defeating controversial Congressman Don Sherwood, who had been accused of choking his mistress. Carney coasted in 2008, but now trails former US Attorney Tom Marino. Carney is not favored to keep his seat.
