10/4/2010 -- It is a statement of just how bad a year 2010 has been for Democrats that this heavily Democratic district looks like it may be a bit competitive. Two Public Policy Polling polls have shown Freshman Democrat Ben Ray Lujan under 50 percent. Given the Democratic tilt of the district, Lujan is still the favorite, but not the prohibitive favorite we'd normally expect in this district.
