10/28/10 -- Frank Pallone had a couple of tough races in this Jersey Shore district in the 1990s, but redistricting in 2000 gave him a much more secure district. Tea Party favorite Anna Little looks like she is set to give him his toughest fight in decades, but he remains above 50 percent in independent polling.
