The President is in the Windy City today where he'll hold a press conference, promote his economic agenda, and do a fundraiser for Republican Illinois Gubernatorial candidate Judy Baar Topinka. Bush arrived last night and celebrated his birthday by dining with Mayor Richard Daley (remember, he's a uniter, not a divider!) at the Firehouse Grill on Michigan Avenue.
