<p>Thank you very much. It's good to be in Boston. I'd like to thank Peter Rollins, your president, for the invitation to join you. And Tom May, thank you for that very kind introduction.</p>
<p>Let me start with the economy.</p>
<p>If anybody wants a firm prediction of when we can expect a strong recovery, I'm afraid an educated guess is the best I can do.
