Obama Races for Cash

WASHINGTON -- When President Barack Obama swings into Miami Beach Monday night to raise money for Democratic congressional candidates, it will be the 26th fund-raiser of his maiden year in office, compared with the six appearances by his predecessor, George W. Bush, in his first year of office.
